In 1994 TIME Clothing was established as a family business in the former Ciskei with a staff complement of 90. Based in the Eastern Cape settlement of Mdantsane outside of the city of East London, the company employs over 500 staff members, the majority of which are women. This is a boom for the area, where the unemployment rate is over 40%. Although the basic façade of the company has changed somewhat since inception, one aspect that has remained steadfast is our original quest of supplying “the best possible garment at the lowest possible price”. This was our mission 18 years ago and still holds true today.

Our latest very exciting addition is FLYA Sportswear, a subsidiary of TIME Clothing, which offers affordable team sportswear for all ages in all sporting disciplines. Our range is so extensive that it warrants its own website.

Being a truly South African company, we are proud to say that we manufacture each and every garment locally at our manufacturing plant in Mdantsane, Eastern Cape.
